AOPA Capital Invited to Gaoyou’s “511” Low-Altitude Economy Industry Synergy Event

On the afternoon of April 17, 2026, Gaoyou’s “511” industry synergy event successfully held a dedicated low-altitude economy session for the high-end equipment industry cluster. The event aimed to advance citywide high-end equipment cluster building, accelerate low-altitude industry agglomeration and coordinated upgrading, and precisely connect government, enterprises, and capital. Li Wei, Deputy Party Secretary of Gaoyou, and Lin Enmao, Vice Chairman of the Municipal CPPCC, attended. Officials from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Gaoyou State-Owned Investment Group, and the Transport Investment Group, township and park representatives, key low-altitude economy guests, and local enterprise leaders joined the meeting. At the meeting, Deputy Party Secretary Li Wei delivered remarks. He noted that the low-altitude economy, as a key part of strategic emerging industries, is entering unprecedented opportunities. With a solid industrial base, advantageous location, and complete supporting facilities, Gaoyou has strong potential in the sector. He hoped the event would deepen exchange and cooperation with guests and entrepreneurs to share opportunities and build a better future. Gaoyou will continue to improve the business environment and provide comprehensive, high-quality services to help the low-altitude economy take root and thrive locally.
Wang Rongshan, Director of the Gaoyou High-Tech Zone Administrative Committee and Mayor of Songqiao Town, presented Gaoyou’s low-altitude economy industry plan, covering development strategy, industrial layout, infrastructure, and key project progress, underscoring Gaoyou’s resolve and foundation to become a Yangtze River Delta low-altitude industry hub.

Tan Yi, Deputy General Manager of AOPA Capital under China AOPA, delivered a keynote on industry capital empowerment. He noted that policy dividends continue to expand, market demand is rising quickly, and upstream–downstream collaboration is accelerating, opening a historic window. Drawing on China AOPA’s experience in industry resource integration, standards, and value-chain incubation, he explained Gaoyou’s resource strengths, the selection policy of the RMB 1 billion Gaoyou low-altitude economy industry fund, and the investment process—offering enterprises a clear path to capital markets and broader financing channels.

Going forward, China AOPA and AOPA Capital will use this “511” synergy event as a starting point to deepen all-around cooperation with Gaoyou, Jiangsu. Focusing on key links and quality projects across the low-altitude value chain, they will match industrial needs more precisely, strengthen investment support, and promote the clustering of technology, talent, and capital. They will also introduce quality industry resources and best practices to help Gaoyou refine its low-altitude ecosystem and build an integrated chain spanning R&D, manufacturing, operations, and services—working together to make Gaoyou an influential low-altitude economy hub in the Yangtze River Delta.
