AOPA Capital’s Gaoyou Low-Altitude Economy Industry Fund Completes Registration

Recently, the “Gaoyou AOPA Low-Altitude Economy Industry Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership),” sponsored by AOPA Capital, successfully completed registration with the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) (registration No. SATH31). The fund size reaches RMB 1 billion. It is AOPA Capital’s first industry fund focused on the low-altitude economy, marking a key step in its strategic emerging industry investing. Going forward, the fund will deeply empower low-altitude technology R&D, infrastructure development, and application expansion to support high-quality regional growth.
Aligned with national strategy, capturing a trillion-yuan low-altitude opportunity
In recent years, the low-altitude economy—an important part of China’s strategic emerging industries—has entered a period of rapid growth, driven by policy support and technological breakthroughs. The 14th Five-Year Plan for General Aviation Development calls for deepening low-altitude airspace management reform and cultivating low-altitude industry clusters. Seizing the moment, AOPA Capital partnered with the Gaoyou municipal government and related parties to establish the fund, focusing on Yangtze River Delta airspace resources and industrial strengths to accelerate the shift from technology exploration to scaled commercial use and to help build a low-altitude innovation hub in the region.
